***Changes have been made to our shipping policy due to the Canada Post strike. We will be shipping via UPS during the strike.

All items that are in stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). A tracking number will be sent by email once the order is shipped. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder before contacting. 

Made to order items
If an item is out of stock then it can be made to order. These items take 2-3 weeks to be handcrafted and will be shipped as soon as they are available.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact info@andreablais.com before you place your order and we will work to accommodate your request. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $200 in Canada.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $200 in the US.

Please note the Customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes (including VAT) applied to the shipment. A contact number is needed for all international shipments 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Items can be returned within 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see the return policy page for more information or contact info@andreablais.com.
